Obtained from unripe 100% Nocellara del Belice olives grown in Sicily and harvested by hand.
First cold pressed through mechanical extraction. A decanting process preserves the aroma, flavour and organoleptic qualities of this oil which boasts a golden green colour and a medium fruity taste.

The best result of Nocellara del Belice and Biancolilla olive’s cultivar. This blend ensures the olive oil has a light flavour with fresh grass notes and a finish of artichoke and green tomatoes.
